‘green’ sea buckthorn smoothie
Packed full of vitamins, combining sea buckthorn with apple, kiwi, spinach and banana is a great way to stay healthy.

Ingredients (quantities enough for 1 glass – increase quantities as required)
- 25g sea buckthorn berries
- 50ml apple juice
- 1/2 kiwi fruit
- large handful spinach
- half a banana
- Once you have prepared all of your ingredients simply place in a blender and combine until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
- Serve with sea buckthorn berries, blueberries and a sprig of mint.
