‘red’ sea buckthorn smoothie
Another great health kick using sea buckthorn, summer fruits, oats, honey and yoghurt.

Ingredients
- 150g summer fruits
- 25g sea buckthorn
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 100g yoghurt
- 50ml apple juice (optional)
- Combine the sea buckthorn berries, summer fruits, yoghurt, honey and optional apple juice.
- Once blended add oats and combine once again.
- Serve with sea buckthorn berries.
